E-ring v2.0

For those of you just joining us, I had my engagement ring re-set into a platinum setting to match Steve's future wedding band. I had the fine gentlemen at Green Karat do the work. I sent them a few photos of designs I liked and they said they could replicate the 1st one using the existing stones.

Matt at GreenKarat is very responsive via email and the whole thing took about a month or so to do. And, the metal is recycled, to boot.

I'm exceedingly fond of it! The original Tiffany setting made the center stone look bigger, but more practically, I'm not banging it into stuff as much and I feel more secure about its safety.

It's so pretty, I'm considering skipping a wedding band and just wearing this.
