Why so early with the invites?

The Coventry Motor Inn requires everyone to make their reservations 60 days prior to their stay. (A bit excessive, but it was the least expensive hotel near the ceremony site.) We sent the invites out early to give the out-of-town guests ample time to book their rooms.

So, out-of-towners, please make your reservations by Sunday, June 25th. The Coventry Motor Inn will release the rooms after that date, and can't guarantee the discounted room rate afterward.
